HTTP Error 404.17 - Not Found when attempting to access the AD Self-Service Suite Admin

You may experience the following error message when attempting to access the AD Self-Service Suite Admin:

1. Click Start, locate Command Prompt, right click the Command Prompt shortcut and click Run As Administrator.

2. In the Command Prompt window that appears, enter the following command and press ENTER:

%windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regiis -ir

3. Reload the AD Self-Service Suite Admin and it should now load without giving an HTTP Error 500.19 message.
