How to adjust the timeout value for an EmpowerID login session

When using the EmpowerID web interface, users will experience the following message if they do not perform any actions for 60 minutes:

The amount of time that it takes for this message to appear can be adjusted.

Please login to each of your EmpowerID servers and create the following registry key as type String Value (REG_SZ):

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TheDotNetFactory\EmpowerID\WebSettings\EidSlidingExpirationTimeout

If the registry key already exists, simply edit it instead. Please set this registry key to the timeout value that you want (in minutes).
