HTTP Error 404.2 - Not Found when attempting to access the AD Self-Service Suite Admin

You may experience the following error message when attempting to access the AD Self-Service Suite Admin:

1. Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager. In the Connections pane on the left hand side, click on the Server node. In the Home pane, under the IIS section, double click on ISAPI and CGI Restrictions.

2. In the ISAPI and CGI Restrictions pane that appears, click on each of the entries labeled ASP.NET v2.0.50727 and ASP.NET v4.0.30319. In the Actions pane on the right hand side, click on Allow.

3. Reload the AD Self-Service Suite Admin and it should now load without giving an HTTP Error 404.2 message.
